Phil Gatch Resigns as City Manager of Thousand Oaks

Phil Gatch, Thousand Oaks City Manager has resigned his position effective May 6th.

I, for one, will miss Phil. He was Director of Planning and Community Development when Flap served on the Thousand Oaks Planning Commission in the 1980's.

Phil who is now 64 knew how to play the Conejo Valley political game and is a Thousand Oaks City Government Survivor.

We wish him well in his retirement.
